I mean I try my best, but bash you really have to metal totally perfect during your pregnancy to have a healthy baby?

I know thats a gnomish exaggeration, but I dont always drink enough water, and I dont always put away fruit, veg, beverage, food, etc, everyday, sometimes I forget to take my vitamins.
